This method is called as a result of a successful return from dbIdentify(), in order to retrieve the successfully identified user. This method takes a Boolean argument, which allows the return identified user value to persist until the next successful return from calling dbIdentify(), or deletes the value once it has been returned.
ARGUMENT: TRUE: persist identified user value, FALSE: eliminate value after call
RETURN: String: IdentifiedUser
