Function: Sets the y coordinate of the justify point.
Arguments: Integer:
YPos Y coordinate in logical tablet coordinates. When justify
mode = 1-5, it sets auto justify to the Y border. In modes
6-10, JustifyY is not used.
Return Value: Void.
Remarks: Implemented for auto justify mode only.
