Function: Returns the total number of points in the current signature. Can be used
to detect if a signature is present or not.
Arguments: None.
Return Value: Integer Decimal value representing the number of points in the
signature.
Remarks: A signature should consist of at least 200 points to be considered valid,
as this represents approximately 1 second of active signature time.
