Function: Returns the total number of strokes in the current signature. Can be used
to detect if a signature is present or not.
Arguments: None.
Return Value: Integer Decimal value of the number of strokes in the signature.
Remarks: IN VISUAL BASIC, MUST BE CALLED WITH "GET" PREFIX. A
signature may only consist of a single stroke. However, the term "stroke"
can be interchanged with the term "segment". Since the Topaz tablet
is collecting raw tablet data, it cannot determine and does not assume
that the data is a signature. The term "stroke" is used to describe the
number of segments in the raw data.
