BitMapBufferWrite ()

Function:             Creates a BMP file in memory.

Arguments:         None.

Return Value:     Void.

Remarks:             Four methods are used to execute the creation of a buffered BMP:

                                BitMapBufferWrite(), BitMapBufferSize(), BitMapBufferByte(),

                                BitMapBufferClose().
